People counting
Ceiling sensors that count people in open areas, zones and whole floors, with calibration against real traffic.
Typical use: Open offices, retail, libraries, campuses
We survey, install and commission occupancy, people-counting and air-quality sensors in offices and commercial buildings, so the data your workplace team relies on is accurate from day one.
More than 200 small, medium and large commercial sites completed across Europe and more than 40 internationally, in Canada, the USA, Australia, Dubai, India, Japan and Singapore.
Ksensor.eu is a field engineering company that installs and looks after the technology inside commercial buildings: the sensors that measure how spaces are used, the Wi‑Fi people rely on, and the data centre equipment behind it all.
We have completed more than 200 small, medium and large commercial sites across Europe and more than 40 internationally in Canada, the USA, Australia, Dubai, India, Japan and Singapore, working for workplace teams, sensor manufacturers, integrators and IT departments. Every job follows the same method: survey first, agree the plan, install carefully, prove it works and hand over full documentation.
Our office is in Porto, with engineers across Europe and the UK and vetted partners further afield.
From a single floor to a multi-country rollout, we handle the physical side of your sensor programme: placement, mounting, power, network and validation.
Ceiling-mounted stereo and optical sensors at entrances, zones and floors. We handle aiming, count lines and calibration, then validate counts against manual tallies before sign-off.
Occupancy hardware we install to manufacturer spec
Under-desk and ceiling presence sensors for hot-desking and meeting rooms, labelled and mapped to your floor plans so every unit reports against the right room or desk.
Ceiling and wall-mounted PIR, microwave and dual-technology motion sensors for lighting control, energy saving and security zones. We position and tune them to avoid false triggers from air vents, sunlight and passing traffic in corridors.
Overhead counters at building entrances, lift lobbies, stairwells and turnstiles that count people in both directions, so you know how many are inside at any moment. We set the count lines, handle wide doors with multiple sensors and check in and out totals balance at the end of the day.
CO₂, temperature, humidity and particulate sensors placed where readings are representative of the room, away from vents, windows and doorways, not just wherever a socket happens to be.
On-site walk-throughs covering ceiling type and height, power, network drops and field-of-view. You get a marked-up placement plan to approve before any hardware ships.
The network behind the sensors: structured cabling, PoE switches, gateways and VLAN setup, coordinated on site with your IT team and building management.
The full wireless job: site survey, design, cabling, PoE switching, AP installation and a validation survey at hand-over.
Replacement of faulty units, mounting and firmware fixes, relocation after office refits, and clean removal with ceiling make-good at the end of a lease.
Server installation, networking, cloud and network security, troubleshooting and smart hands, structured cabling and fibre, and complete data centre migrations.
The same four steps whether it's one site or thirty, with a single point of contact from survey to hand-over.
We visit the site, check ceilings, power and network, and photograph every proposed location.
You receive a floor-plan markup with sensor positions and coverage, and approve it before install day.
Mounting, cabling, onboarding to your platform and configuration of count lines and zones.
Counts checked against real traffic, plus an as-built report with photos, serials and locations.
Need certified hands on site in a country where you have no team? We install to your spec and report back in your format.
Rolling out occupancy or air-quality monitoring across your portfolio? We coordinate access, landlords and out-of-hours work.
Add a dependable field team to your projects for installs, swaps and site visits, without growing headcount.
Our own engineers cover Europe and the UK. Beyond Europe, we work with vetted partner engineers, briefed and managed by us to the same survey and hand-over standards.

From a single server swap to a full data centre move.
Installation and replacement of routers, switches, firewalls and access points from Cisco, HPE, Nokia and Ericsson.
Rack-and-stack, cabling, server installs and hardware swaps for HP, HPE and AWS environments.
Planned cut-overs and equipment moves, carried out on site with your remote team on the call.
Smart-hands visits to diagnose and fix network and hardware faults when you can't be there.
Home / Wi‑Fi and access points
One team for the whole job: wireless survey, network design, cabling, PoE, access point installation and a validation survey to prove the coverage you were promised.
Take the full package or just the parts you need. Many clients have us survey and cable, then install the access points their IT team has configured.
Predictive design from your floor plans, on-site surveys to measure real walls and interference, and AP-on-a-stick testing for difficult spaces. We check coverage, signal-to-noise, channel overlap and roaming, and deliver heatmaps with a written report.
AP count and placement, mounting heights, channel and power plans, and switch port and PoE budgets, all agreed with you before any cable is pulled.
Cat6 and Cat6A runs to every AP location, containment, patch panels and labelling to your standard. Every link is tested and the results go into your hand-over pack.
Rack-and-stack of PoE switches, patching, uplinks and VLAN or trunk setup in coordination with your network team, with power budgets checked against the AP models.
Ceiling, tile, wall and high-bay mounting, secure enclosures where needed, outdoor units and warehouse installs. APs are named by location and joined to your controller or cloud dashboard.
Enterprise hardware including Cisco and HPE
A post-installation survey proves the design works in the finished building. You receive before and after heatmaps, an AP map with serials and MAC addresses, photos and cable test results.
Each step ends with something you can review, so nothing is installed on guesswork.
Measure the building as it is, including the walls and interference no drawing shows.
AP positions, channel plan and bill of materials for your approval.
Runs, containment and patching, tested and labelled.
Mount, power and onboard each AP, named by location.
Post-install survey and as-built report at hand-over.
Plan the wireless alongside the fit-out, so cabling goes in before ceilings close.
Swap old access points for new ones out of hours, reusing cabling where it tests well.
Dropped calls, dead zones or slow meeting rooms? A survey shows the cause before you spend on hardware.

People counting, entry and exit, occupancy, presence, motion and air-quality sensors, installed where they measure what you need, then calibrated, commissioned and looked after for years.
Each type answers a different question about your building. Most projects combine two or three.
Ceiling sensors that count people in open areas, zones and whole floors, with calibration against real traffic.
Typical use: Open offices, retail, libraries, campuses
Bidirectional counters over doors, lift lobbies and turnstiles, so you always know how many people are inside.
Typical use: Building entrances, floors, event spaces
Wide-area sensors that show how zones and neighbourhoods are used through the day.
Typical use: Hybrid offices, space planning
Under-desk and meeting-room sensors that show which desks and rooms are really in use.
Typical use: Hot-desking, room booking
PIR, microwave and dual-technology sensors for lighting control, energy saving and security zones.
Typical use: Corridors, toilets, stores, car parks
CO₂, temperature, humidity and particulate sensors placed for readings that represent the room.
Typical use: Meeting rooms, classrooms, open plan
Every project starts with a placement plan like this one: each sensor numbered and positioned on your floor plan, with its coverage shown, so you can approve the design before any hardware ships.
After installation you receive the as-built version with photos, serial numbers and final positions.
We install to each manufacturer's specification and onboard units to their platform, or to your BMS and workplace tools.
