Level 1
Entry Level
General labour activities, for example:
- Plugging in of equipment
- Unpacking & handling equipment
- Cleaning equipment & work spaces
Level 2
Minimum 2 years experience
Basic on-site skills, for example:
- Basic installs adds moves & changes
- Swapping out of faulty HDDs
- Assisting lead engineers
- Setting up of equipment
- Working with remote team
Level 3
3-4 years experience
Good server/network skills, for example:
- Install & upgrade file servers & operating systems
- Basic server hardware & operating systems troubleshooting
- Advanced desktop skills
- More advanced installations
